30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order. If GuardFX is not working for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unopened and in its original sealed packaging — the seal must be intact
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- You must provide your order number and reason for return
Important: Hygiene Policy
As GuardFX is a personal mouthguard and health device, we strictly do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances. This policy exists for hygiene and safety reasons and cannot be waived.
If your item arrived damaged or defective in its sealed packaging, we will send a free replacement — no need to return the original. Please provide a photo of the damage upon contacting us.
How to Request a Refund

- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days
- Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Non-Refundable Situations
- Orders where the 30-day window has passed
- Items reported as lost when tracking shows delivered
- Dissatisfaction due to misuse or failure to follow the included instructions
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
